Dinan Dealer Video Frame

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

One of Dinan’s biggest advantages in the marketplace is its ability to sell directly to the consumers from the dealership level. As an aftermarket tuner this is unheard of and provides a significant leg up on the competition as well as access to the target market directly. The downside however in interaction directly with the dealer is constant employee turnover and the need to train new people on the product line. Even when able to give proper training to the dealership it often comes back to a few select individuals that are the true ambassadors of the brand however. Unfortunately, this means not everyone is exposed to the product nor pitched on the product. In an effort to combat the need for these few salespeople to be available all the time we instituted a program where we supplied picture/video frames at various points within the dealership so that the customers would always be not far from a source of information on the Dinan product line.

In order to make sure the the content was given attention, action video was implemented in addition to the informational static slides. By being placed on the service advisers desks at a car check-in for example the customer could be engaged with the content while the paperwork process was underway and if curiosity was piqued then a performance oriented conversation could begin. All without the employee ever having engaging the customer directly.
